How long does it take for my order get shipped?
Every customer order usually takes 1-3 business days to process, due to order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
If you did not receive your shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us, our goal is to deliver customer satisfaction.
Note: Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) on Friday and at weekends will be shipped the following Monday excluding bank holidays.

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his/her shopping experience with us.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over £75.
For orders below £75 the cost of delivery is £2.95
International Delivery costs £18
We will make a full refund to our customers if they haven't received their purchase within 14 days.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an email which comes along with shipping confirmation and shipping tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What shipping information do I need to provide?
We only ship confirmed order addresses. You must provide the correct shipping address.
How will I know when my items are shipped?
An email confirmation will be sent to you along with applicable tracking number.
What about customs, duty fees, and tariffs?
You are responsible for any customs, duties fees, or tariffs in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.

Delivery times may vary and are only a guide we are not responsible for any delays due to orders being undeliverable or customs clearance (outside the EU).
Orders that are undeliverable will be returned to us, any costs incurred due to undeliverable orders may be charged to the customers.
